Most repairs start with a free look. Bring the piece in and we'll open it up, tell you what's going on, and walk you through your options and pricing before any work begins.

Is it worth repairing?

We'll tell you the honest answer. If a repair costs more than the piece is worth — or if the piece can't be safely restored — we'll say so up front.

Do you work on Rolex, Omega, Breitling, TAG Heuer, Seiko, Citizen, and Bulova?

Yes. We work on all major watch brands, including luxury pieces. Everything is serviced in-house — we don't ship your watch overseas.

Question 4

My watch stopped working. Is it the battery or something bigger?

Usually it's the battery, but not always. Bring it in and we'll open it up on the counter — you'll see what we see. If it's a bigger issue, we'll explain your options.

Question 5

How long does a battery replacement take?

Accepted Answer

Most batteries take under 15 minutes. Water-resistant watches take a few minutes longer because we replace the gasket and check the seal.

Do I need an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome for batteries, adjustments, and quick estimates. For a longer conversation about a valuable piece, giving us a call first is a good idea.

Can you size my ring?

Yes. Most ring sizing is straightforward and quick. Bring it in and we'll size it, then talk you through the options.

Question 8

My stone fell out — can you set it back?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, yes. If you still have the stone, bring it in with the piece. If it's lost, we can talk about matching or replacing it.

Question 9

My chain broke. Can you fix it?

Accepted Answer

Almost always. Bring in both ends and we'll solder or repair the link. Come by whenever the shop is open.
